Shipping, delivery terms & FAQs


When do we ship?
Ready to ship items (monthly kits, pre-made cards, card packages, etc.) will be shipped the next business day.
Made-to-order items we aim to mail within 5-10 business days.  A business day is Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). So, please, keep in mind – from the time when initial order is placed, allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
If you need special/rush delivery, state that in your initial email. We will do everything in our power to fulfill any and all wishes. Note: Any rush delivery will be a subject to “rush delivery charge*.”
What companies do we use to mail?
We use USPS for regular shipping.  If you need rush delivery I use FedEx - Note: Any rush delivery will be a subject to “rush delivery charge*.”
If you would like to have your order insured or would like to have it send with delivery confirmation, please state that in your initial order. We will only charge the exact amount billed by the Post Office/FedEx.
International Orders
We will only use USPS. So, Insurance is highly recommended, because we can’t be liable for any lost/undelivered mail. The International shipping could take longer than posted for customs reasons. We will contact you the day the item is sent.
Returns & Replacements
Unfortunately, we are not able to replace or accept any returns. If you are not happy with your item (you received), please, contact us through our “Contact us” Page. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are fully satisfied.

How to order a custom-made creation:

  1. When ready to order, make sure you viewed the prices, picked your colors (if applicable), card size.
  2. On “Products” or “Prices” page, fill out the form and hit Submit.
  3. Once I receive the confirmation – to my email, I will send you PayPal Invoice (make sure the email address you input is correct).
  4. Once the invoice is paid, I will start working on the product immediately – please, refer to “Shipping and Delivery Terms” Page, to view my Working Days.
  5. When I finish the product, I will take a picture and email it to you – I will wait for your response for any edits/comments you might have and accommodate them.
  6. Once we agree on the final product I will ship it to you – make sure you provide me with the correct address. If you wish, I can add a custom message and have the product shipped directly to whoever you chose – does not need to be you. I will take a picture at the post office to confirm mailing and email it to you.
  7. If you don’t receive your product(s), please, refer to steps on what to do on my “Shipping & Delivery Terms” Page.
How to order a ready-made creation:

    (e.g. CC6060_YL_BBG = Card size_Color_Occasion)
  2. On “Products” or “Prices” page, fill out the form and hit Submit.
  3. Once I receive the confirmation – to my email, I will send you PayPal Invoice (make sure the email address you input is correct).
  4. Once the invoice is paid, I will ship you the product – make sure you provide me with the correct address. If you wish, I can add a custom message and have the product shipped directly to whoever you chose – does not need to be you. Babies or small children should not be left alone with any handmade item that has small pieces, buttons or plastic parts. These items are to be handled with adult supervision. All Items can be custom ordered with no small or plastic parts.
